Job Description This is a remote position.
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Edmond, Oklahoma, USA, Central Time (with 1-hour unpaid break) Responsibilities: Tenant Communications: Serve as a point of contact for tenant inquiries, responding promptly and courteously to requests for information, maintenance issues, and lease-related matters.
Coordinate communication between tenants and property management staff, ensuring effective resolution of tenant concerns and maintenance requests.
Lease Administration: Assist with the preparation of lease agreements, rental applications, and other leasing documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Maintain tenant records and lease files, organize documentation and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Maintenance Coordination: Receive and prioritize maintenance requests from tenants, document details of the request and coordinate with maintenance staff or vendors for timely resolution.
Follow up with tenants to ensure satisfactory completion of maintenance work and address any outstanding issues.
Property Inspections: Assist with conducting periodic property inspections, documenting the condition of rental units and common areas, and identifying maintenance needs or safety concerns.
Prepare inspection reports and communicate findings to the property management team for further action.
Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, copying, scanning, and data entry to support property management operations.
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and property showings as needed.
Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies, as necessary.
Requirements Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in property management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
Experience : Previous experience in property management, real estate, or administrative support is highly desirable.
Short term rental experience (AirBNB or VRBO) required.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio) is a plus.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
