This is a remote position.
The company provides expert pest & weed control, as well as heating & cooling services to Phoenix, Mesa, Surprise, AZ, and nearby areas.
They offer pest control and weed control options for both commercial and residential properties.
Schedule: 11AM - 8PM Tuesday to Saturday Arizona Time (might change depending on the needs but it would be 40 hours per week) Job Overview: Experience in handling short term rentals such as Airbnb and VRBO is a plus.
Experience working in cleaning services is a plus. Key responsibilities: Assist in managing and maintaining residential or commercial properties.
Handle tenant inquiries and coordinate with maintenance staff to resolve issues.
Assist with the leasing process, including preparing rental agreements and conducting background checks.
Maintain and update property records and documentation.
Support the property manager in financial tasks such as rent collection and invoice processing.
Coordinate with contractors and service providers for property maintenance and repairs.
Conduct virtual property inspections and prepare inspection reports.
Provide administrative support, including scheduling, email correspondence, and file management.
Assist in marketing and advertising rental properties.
Ensure compliance with property regulations and legal guidelines.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Property Management Assistant or similar role.
Strong understanding of property management and real estate principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks remotely.
High level of attention to detail.
Good problem-solving abilities.
Highly Regarded Skills and Experience: Experience in remote property management assistance.
Knowledge of financial processes, including budgeting and rent collection.
Familiarity with marketing and leasing strategies.
Experience in handling maintenance requests and vendor coordination.
Ability to adapt to various property management software platforms quickly.
Experience in conducting virtual property inspections and creating reports.
