40 hours a week Monday to Friday, 11am - 8pm (includes 1 hr unpaid break) US Central Time About the Role: We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Property Management Assistant to support our growing Airbnb business.
This role focuses on guest communication, property management, and operational support to ensure exceptional service and smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities: 1.
Guest Communication & Support Respond promptly to guest inquiries and booking requests through Airbnb, email, and phone.
Provide professional, courteous communication before, during, and after stays.
Resolve guest issues efficiently and escalate significant concerns to management.

Property Management Coordination Schedule and liaise with cleaning and maintenance teams to prepare properties for guests.
Monitor inventory to ensure properties are stocked with essential supplies.
Conduct virtual inspections via local teams to confirm property readiness.

Booking & Calendar Management Manage booking calendars to optimize occupancy and minimize vacancies.
Oversee check-in and check-out processes, providing detailed instructions to guests.
Use dynamic pricing tools and adjust rates based on demand, seasonality, and competition.

Administrative Tasks Maintain accurate records of reservations, expenses, income, and guest feedback.
Track, analyze, and report guest reviews to identify areas for improvement.
Optimize property listings with updated descriptions, photos, and details.
Requirements Requirements: Experience: 2-4 years as a Virtual Assistant, Property Manager, or Customer Service Specialist, preferably in the short-term rental or hospitality industry.
Hands-on experience with Airbnb tools and processes is essential.
Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency with Airbnb platform tools and property management software (e.g., Guesty, Hospitable, or Smartbnb).
Familiarity with dynamic pricing tools (e.g., PriceLabs) and calendar management systems.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
