This full-time entry-level position will be performing property due diligence using Google, County Websites, an array of other online resources, along with calling to confirm and obtain information.
Once the research is complete and you have all proper documents needed, you will compile reports and send this information to our respective clients.
This is a vital part of any real estate closing, and we need detail-oriented people with strong communication and computer skills to help secure a clear closing for our clients!

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time Type of Work: 100% onsite for training in Medellin about 3-4 weeks then after successful completion of training, this is a fully remote position Job Type: Full-time after completion of training Language: English (Required) Essential Functions Contact Home Owners Associations and Management Companies for relevant property information Obtain specific time-sensitive documents Prepare detailed documentation based on research and reporting Other duties, as assigned Starting Pay Rate: 2,750,000 COP as a contractor during training then 2,500,000 COP (minus taxes) per month plus full benefits and opportunities for monthly bonuses.
Once training is completed, bonus eligibility is 20%, 30% or 40% of monthly pay upon meeting monthly productivity and quality targets.
Training Location: El Poblado, Medellin 050022, Colombia then Remote Requirements High school degree or equivalent Experience on the phone (this is not a call center position but that type of experience would be helpful) Advanced level of English reading and writing (B2/C1) Proactivity, responsibility, and attention to detail, with strong communication skills Ability to work during Colombian holidays to match US schedule (surcharge would apply) Distraction-free work environment for home Ability to pass a background check and drug screening prior to any offer of employment Our hiring process will consist of an initial virtual interview to learn more about you and tell you about us.
If we are both still interested, there will be a technical assessment that also gives you a glimpse into what the work is like.
If you cannot complete the assessment from a home computer, you will be able to do it on location at our office.
If you pass the technical assessment, there will be an in-person interview.
If we are both still interested, you will go for a background check and drug screening.
After all steps are successfully completed, we will extend an offer for employment.
