Job Summary : The project coordinator is responsible to supervise capital investment program CEB for the Andean region ensuring compliance on time and within the approved budget. Coordinate technical and administratively the draftsmen team involved in the development of projects and coach the project engineers / trainees team providing training and orientation to develop the projects in accordance with Colgate standards, and following the plant integration systems approach integrating people, process and systems. Prepare, submit for approval and complete projects that are assigned to the project coordinator.
Main Responsibilities Prepare regional cash spending report: weekly for local team, monthly for CMSE managers (multi category)Review and approve POs related to CEBUpdate BPC cash spending tool by categoryBi-weekly follow up meeting indirect procurement / project engineeringWeekly follow-up meeting for project execution schedule and definitionMonthly follow up meeting quality validation documentationDraftsmen coordination / drawings reviewProject works execution: work planning, specs / bid package development, procurement process documentation, issue SC&POs, on site walks checking specs compliance and schedule consistency.Attend internal client / suppliers meetings to resolve project requirementsAccomplish with the Management System of safety and Health at Work 'SGSST' as required according to position.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering5 years of experience in Engineering or operations for manufacturingAdvanced EnglishProject managementDesirable knowledge in SAPOur Commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Achieving our purpose starts with our people — ensuring our workforce represents the people and communities we serve — and creating an environment where our people feel they belong; where we can be our authentic selves, feel treated with respect and have the support of leadership to impact the business in a meaningful way.
