Scope of the role: The Project Strategist will play a critical role in managing and executing high-impact projects that drive business growth and operational excellence.
This position involves working closely with cross-functional teams, aligning initiatives with strategic goals, and ensuring flawless execution.

Responsibilities: Project Prioritization Evaluate and select projects with the highest strategic impact, ensuring alignment with the company's annual goals.
Develop and implement a structured project prioritization framework to assess project feasibility and relevance.
Maintain a dynamic pipeline of prioritized initiatives, providing clear recommendations to leadership.
Resource Allocation Work closely with PMO leadership to assess resource needs for projects and ensure the right resources are allocated to high-impact initiatives.
Identify potential bottlenecks and propose solutions to optimize resource use, ensuring projects are executed efficiently.
Create and maintain resource plans that ensure projects are appropriately staffed and resourced.
Program Management Develop and manage a cohesive program roadmap, aligning timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple projects.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure the timely execution of projects, with a focus on quality and meeting deadlines.
Proactively monitor risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track and on time.
Executive Reporting Design and deliver clear, data-driven reports summarizing project status, alignment with strategic goals, and outcomes.
Gather and analyze project data to provide actionable insights and drive decision-making at the executive level.
Prepare regular presentations for leadership, highlighting key updates, challenges, and recommendations.
Requirements C1 English level, with excellent verbal and written communication skills (MUST HAVE) Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Operations, or a related field.
(Must Have) 3+ years of experience in project management, strategic planning, or operations in a fast-paced environment.
(MUST HAVE) Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Slack Lists, and reporting tools like Looker.
(MUST HAVE) Advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).
Proven experience implementing project prioritization frameworks and resource planning strategies.
Strong organizational and analytical skills to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a constantly changing environment.
