Project Specialist – Medical Communications Job title: Project Specialist – Medical Communications Location: Bogotá, Colombia About the job Our Hubs are a crucial part of how we innovate, improving performance across every Sanofi department and providing a springboard for the amazing work we do. As Project Specialist within our Medical Communications Team, you'll be responsible for project management support and ensuring the end-to-end effective project delivery of the designated publication/medical education deliverables across all phases. You will initiate and amend submissions based on comments, support the team with internal and external stakeholder communication, track the delivery of activities, and manage issues and risks. Additionally, you will support required submission, compliance/approval/launch activities, and ensure compliance with publication/MLR processes. Main responsibilities: Performance: Ensure publication/medical education materials (slide decks, abstracts, posters, and manuscripts) are delivered and stored as per agreed timelines and quality. Develop tools, technology, and processes to improve quality and productivity. Process: Support delivery of projects in terms of resourcing, quality, timeliness, efficiency, and high technical standards. Contribute to overall quality enhancement by ensuring high scientific standards for the output produced by the medical writing group. Stakeholder: Work closely with scientific communication/medical content enhancement teams to ensure effective project delivery. About you Experience: 3-5 years post-qualification experience. Soft skills: Stakeholder management, communication skills, and ability to work independently and within a team environment. Technical skills: Project management, scientific/medical writing/communications, pharma experience, and hands-on experience with MLR processes and tools such as Veeva PromoMats are desirable. Education: University degree level (Graduate degree, preferably in science). Advanced/postgraduate degree in life sciences/pharmacy/similar discipline is desirable.
