Zensar Technologies is seeking an entry level Project Specialist Lead in Colombia. This is an onsite role fulltime with benefits. Please share your resume in English. Role and Responsibilities Lead and manage entire support operations. Be first point of escalation. Control support metrics. Work in an operations team supporting requests related to project lifecycle. Understand customer tools and gain expertise on using those. Create excel reports related to various requests. Mandatory Skills Proficient in English and Spanish Supervisor Experience Hands on experience on a ticket management tool like Service Now, Jira etc. Ticket Triaging Hands on experience in Microsoft Excel Strong communication and analytical skills Worked in an operations support team.
