Project Purchasing Administrator Position Description Position Activities Assist with vendor onboarding documentation Assist with vendor bidding process Vendor contract administration Assemble PO's to support payment applications Assist with lien waiver tracking and follow up Monitor vendor insurance certificate expiration and follow up as needed Document management Computer and Personal Skills & Knowledge General residential or commercial construction knowledge High level of organization and follow through Strong interpersonal skills Microsoft Office Suite Adobe Acrobat Asana Builder Trend (preferred) Microsoft Project (preferred) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Central with an hour unpaid break Requirements General residential or commercial construction knowledge High level of organization and follow through Strong interpersonal skills Microsoft Office Suite Adobe Acrobat Asana Builder Trend (preferred) Microsoft Project (preferred)
