Company Overview: Company works with water damage restoration contractors, offering services in Google Ads, website design, SEO, and Google Business Profile optimization. With a lean team of 4 managing 40+ clients, we're expanding rapidly after signing 10 new clients, and need a Project/Ops Manager to oversee client projects and operations.
Role Overview: The Project/Ops Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth project delivery, tracking progress, and maintaining strong client communication. This position is critical to managing both client expectations and internal operations as we scale.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee project delivery and timelines, ensuring client satisfaction.Manage client communications, addressing concerns and updates.Track project progress and KPIs to ensure objectives are met.Collaborate with the team to optimize workflows and operations.Requirements: 5-10 years of experience in an agency environment, preferably in marketing.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to handle client objections and manage expectations effectively.Fluency in English required.Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Go High Level, Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT).Budget: $2,000-$4,000/month, full-time (160 hours/month).
Timeline: Start ASAP, ideally within 2 weeks.
