Descripción Project Management: Act as the primary Project Manager supporting the Tax Team on various special projects, including due diligence and integration for business development -led initiatives, legal entity rationalization, international tax planning, cash tax optimization, and more. Integration and Structuring: Participate in transactional projects (i.e. moving/ selling entities, dividends, IC purchases, etc.); structuring acquisitions and integration planning , advising on optimal acquisition plans, and ensuring smooth transitions between pre- and post-closing phases of business development projects. Multifunctional Coordination: Work closely with tax, accounting, treasury, legal, and other global departments to facilitate seamless integration efforts post-closing. Educational Background: Proficiency in English (B2/C1 level) is required. A bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or organizational studies is highly preferred, along with a master's degree or certification in project management. Experience: A minimum of 6 years of experience in finance, accounting, and/or project management is required, with at least 2 years of experience in project management. Experience in transactions and/or mergers and acquisitions is a must. Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and competence in other Microsoft Office products, with experience in financial tools, database software, and project management platforms.
