Project Manager / Scrum Master

We hire development and testing experts for small and medium SAAS companies around the world.

The Role

You will be responsible for :

- Driving release and sprint planning sessions.
- Manage software development projects, including project planning, scope definition, scheduling, and risk management.
- Ensure project requirements are clearly defined and documented.
- Develop and maintain project plans, project schedules, and other project artifacts.
- Coordinate and communicate project activities with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers.
- Monitor project progress and take corrective action when necessary to ensure project goals are met.
- Facilitate team meetings, including daily stand-ups,
sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives, and other project meetings as necessary.
- Manage project scope, and timeline, and provide regular status reports to management and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Continuously improve the development process by identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.

Ideal Profile

- You have at least 3 years experience, ideally within a IT Business Analyst / Project Manager role.
- Scrum Master experience or certification.
- You have good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams.
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.

- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with Jira
