Working with the Agile Instructional Design Factory Team, the Project Manager is responsible for managing the development technical training from planning through to release. The project manager will apply effective communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to assure successful outcomes that achieve strategic goals. Managing multiple projects concurrently Agile methodologies are applied.
Responsibilitie Plan and manage multiple training projects simultaneously applying Agile methodologies. Manage project workback schedules, allocate resources, lead meetings, and follow up on tasks to completed milestones on time. Apply effective leadership with integrity. Identify issues and mitigate risks. Frequently monitor project progress and regularly report project status to stakeholders. Work closely with the program's Product Managers, cross-functional groups, and manage project teams to plan, develop and deliver training. Coordinate with suppliers to host hands-on labs. Facilitate pilot training and gather feedback. Measure the effectiveness of training programs using evaluation systems and applying analysis for continuous improvement. Qualifications 3+ years of experience as project manager, preferably in learning and development. Experience applying Agile methodologies. Able to independently resolve ambiguity and perform in a faced-paced environment. Experience leading teams and coaching. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Highly organized with attention to detail. Experience using project management applications for project schedules, managing tasks, and reporting. Analysis and problem-solving skills.
