Who you are?
* At least 6 years of transformation or project manager experience at large multinational * Experience leading end to end projects * Strong project management skills and experience combined with strong capability for structuring problems.
* Experience working with agile methodologies * Experiecen training people * Experience working with large data * Strong communication skills (both verbally and written) are necessary with an ability to message in a succinct manner.
* Able to demonstrate experience of managing stakeholders, taking account of their levels of influence and particular interest in the programme of work.
* Fully fluent English ability is mandatory, with other language skills (especially Spanish) being a plus * Position open in multiple locations What do you do?
* Provide support to transformation leader in set up of transformation office and management framework * Provide administrative support on initiative tracking and work with leaders to understand resourcing into more detail where roadblocks are identified * Provide PMO support on wide range of initiatives across IFP * Play the role of PMO on top IFP initiatives identified by the IFP Leadership Team * Support Transformation leader in developing, planning and executing trainings to drive PMO capability across the organisation as well as building the required training materials.
* Play supporting role in developing, maintaining and applying quality management processes for project and/or programmes.
