Job Summary As a Project Manager Modification Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading strategic Modification and No Charge Add-on Installations as well as assisting with various operations and procedures under the Director of Install Controls. Additionally, you will coordinate multiple subcontract crews on various installation jobs while meeting and exceeding customers' goals and expectations. Applying candidates must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while creating efficient solutions to overcome daily project obstacles. Annual compensation range: $75K-$78K (determined based on experience, education and knowledge). Day to Day Responsibilities: Maximize monthly Modification/NC Add-on on job installations by staying within budget Build relationships with employees, customers and installers negotiated for successful execution of projects Modify and review installation contracts and documentation to meet customers' objectives Serve as customer and vendor liaison for system implementation Assist in accounting functions budgeting, scheduling, contract review and closing out jobs upon completion Balance competing logistical demands with scheduling, costs and quality objectives for installation projects Requirements: Minimum of two years project management experience Extensive experience with budgeting, scheduling and contract review Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking capabilities Prior experience working in a time sensitive and demanding role Proficient with Microsoft office and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software (i.e. Sedona) Strong written and verbal communication skills Benefits: Excellent benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision & GapAssist) Matching 401K retirement plan Paid Time Off (PTO) FSA & HSA Accounts Tuition Reimbursement Program Short & Long-term disability Life Insurance Career Advancement Our recruiting experience is digital!
