Responsibilities Day-to-day coordination and execution of assigned projects related to content (production, localization). Handling the administrative aspects of the project, taking care of assets and files. Filling out time management tools. Creating and proposing process improvements. Communication of processes to team members and the client. Managing small project team (2-3 people). Tracking the team's performance and progress towards goals, providing feedback and performance review. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Delegating tasks effectively to freelancers and project team members. Maintaining professional contact with the client, keeping the client informed about the status of the project, following up when feedback is delayed, supporting the team in client discussions and status reporting. Identifying task-related problems and proposing solutions. Creating a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment. Constant learning and skills improvement. Requirements Min. 3 years of experience in management and execution of projects, excellent organization and coordination skills. Experience in working with content (creation, production, localization). Experience with digital assets. Experience in working with clients for at least 2 years - Pro-client attitude and professionalism, high personal culture and communication skills, ability to handle/solve difficult situations. Advanced level of English - at least C1. Experience in working for the pharma/medical industry will be a big plus. Independence and proactive approach. Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset. Attention to detail and quality control skills. Being a team player with a sense of responsibility for the tasks assigned. Knowledge of Excel (intermediate level). Assertiveness and courage in presenting your ideas. Self-control and resilience to stressful situations, being able to handle a demanding client. Flexibility in approach - adapting your approach based on the client's personality and the specific situation, whether it requires a more hands-on or hands-off strategy.
