As Project Manager – Global Marketing Neurology within our Commercial Organization, you will be responsible for supporting the Global Commercial Team with end-to-end project management, Veeva PromoMats coordination, finance and budget oversight, upkeep of the Neurology Portals, contracting for Advisory Boards and Steering Committees, and more. Main responsibilities: Work on a project basis for Global Commercial Neurology Team. He/she will be responsible for providing project management expertise and support for Global Commercial initiatives such as Congresses, Advisory boards, Workshops, Internal meetings etc. Set and develop the operational aspects of various projects, develop, and monitor timelines, milestones and project metrics. Update and optimize the three Global Neurology Portals: HCP Unbranded (SharePoint), Patient Unbranded (SharePoint), Branded (PromoMats). Perform pre-defined key tasks related to contracting for Advisory Boards, Advisory Committees, and other Peer-to-Peer engagement events. Align with the Brand Team, Agency of Record, and Global Review Team (Legal, Medical, Regulatory) to ensure timely and appropriate Promotional Review Board (PRB) submissions. Oversee significant budget and co-manage team finances. Partner with the Global MS Franchise Team to consolidate Global, US, Germany Advisory Board insights. People: Seek alignment with team members and key stakeholders to ensure timely and quick transition between every project step in line with approved processes and corresponding SOPs. Support team initiatives and objectives, identify and recommend process improvements and other value-added initiatives. Performance: Effective and efficient management of assigned projects to complete projects on time and, where applicable, on budget. Effective management of multiple projects in parallel. Process: Develop strong understanding of the ways of working of commercial team and associated deliverables, meeting stakeholder expectations. Drive effective collaboration with stakeholders to understand their requirements and to propose solutions in-line with their expectations. Responsible for project planning, executing and closure on time, within scope, and according to plan within the requested quality specifications. Use broad knowledge of project management techniques and methods, and discernment to decide the most appropriate techniques and methods for each project. Support contract management with the establishment of contract with internal and external vendors. Drive project governance meetings with various stakeholders, vendors, logistics and digital team etc. Organizes logistical solutions according to the project needs. About you Experience : 3 years of relevant experience with project management experience within pharmaceutical industry. Soft and technical skills : Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. MS office (including Teams, SharePoint) and project management tools. Knowledge of Veeva PromoMats is a plus. Languages : Advanced English (professional proficiency required). Why choose us?
