ServiceNow Project Manager (German-Speaking) Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end ServiceNow projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and external partners. Monitor project progress, budgets, and risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and provide updates to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and methodologies throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee testing, deployment, and handover processes to ensure smooth transitions. Requirements: Fluent in German (minimum C1 level) and English. Proven experience managing ServiceNow projects in enterprise environments. Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM. Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) are highly desirable. ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified System Administrator) are a strong plus. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Experience working with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies. Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
