Job description Huge is looking for a Project Manager to join the Program Delivery team.
As a Project Manager, you are responsible for leading and delivering development projects and campaign workstreams spanning strategy, creative, technology, production, digital, and media.
As the vital point of contact for both the clients and the project team, you play a pivotal role in the success of the account.

What we like to see Experience managing multiple interactive projects, from discovery and design to technical development and implementation.
Ability to ensure the project team is meeting the objectives and goals of each project on time and on budget, while championing the quality and integrity of the end result.
Monitoring project risks and scope creep to foresee potential problems and proactively identify solutions.
Identifying client needs and ensuring approaches and solutions are linked to objectives and future needs.
Managing client expectations, ensuring delivery of the highest quality service, and acting on client feedback.
Communicating and documenting project status and strategic recommendations to clients and team members.
Proactively identifying opportunities, delivering improvements, and following project management methodologies and processes.
Background in projects where agile methodologies are a must.
Experience with team management, task allocation, and prioritization.
Maintaining and securing project resources in a timely manner.
Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and setting clear expectations.
Understanding and experience in digital marketing.
Excel proficiency is a must.
What you'll be doing Planning and prioritizing all deliverables and resources across multiple projects with creative, strategy, and tech teams.
Focusing on goals and solutions both large and small.
Becoming the focal point for delivery across a series of workstreams while keeping up-to-date on daily project activities.
Working closely with all discipline team members.
Utilizing programs such as Asana, Jira, and Coda.
Building strong client relationships as a client-facing project manager.
Communicating project statuses both internally and externally.
Meeting deliverable requirements, assessing change and risk management, and overseeing multiple digital campaign projects.
Ensuring all deliverables meet Huge's top standards.
