As a Project Manager, you will be joining the world's largest and most comprehensive clinical research organization, powered by healthcare intelligence. You will be partnering with one of our global pharmaceutical clients; a company that is advancing the development of new medicines, biologic therapies, and vaccines for many of the world's most challenging diseases including cancer, cardio-metabolic diseases, Alzheimer's, and infectious diseases. What you will be doing: Acts as liaison with client and manages client contractual, organizational, and relationship needs/expectations. Leads cross-functional team leaders and third parties/vendors. Liaises with functional leads and managers to optimize performance and utilization of project team members. Manages project contractual deliverables and modifications through review of project progress, monitoring of dashboards/metrics, and proactive identification, resolution/mitigation, and escalations of risks and/or issues. Serves as a point of escalation for project teams. Manages project costs and financial risks to the company by ensuring resources are in line with budget and deliverables. Ensures adherence to company SOPs, policies, and guidelines at the project level. You are: Bachelor's degree in a health, life sciences, or other relevant field of study. Minimum 5-6 years' work experience in clinical research or knowledge in Project Management and Site Management. CRA Experience preferred.
