Position Summary :

Client is seeking a Project and / or Process Manager to join the rapidly evolving Global Regulatory Affairs Project Management & Strategic Planning team.

We are looking for an experienced team member with a strong command of project management and process improvement methodologies.

Your primary mission will be to support teams to achieve exceptional success, with a specific focus on the Regulatory Project Management domain.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and / or support critical project and process management activities
- Reinforce strategic alignment at a functional level
- Identify areas for operational improvement and simplification
- Champion solution implementation
- Support implementation and compliance within department and global guidelines
- Assist in core business administrative operations and / or management
- Support communications efforts to the headquarters, regional, and global Regulatory team

Qualifications :

- 4+ years of Project Management experience, preferably with 2 years in Regulatory Affairs
- Bachelor's degree required
- Lean Six Sigma Belt Certification (or higher) or PMP (or equivalent), preferred
- Proven experience as a project manager
- Regulatory Affairs experience preferred
- Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team environment
