We are looking for a Project Manager (PM) with a focus on Customer Experience and experience in financial processes!
Tareas Support the Customer Experience team of one of our key clients, leading strategic projects focused on financial process improvement.
Implement end-to-end audit and invoicing process improvements, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
Manage projects with a focus on results, team coordination and meeting deadlines.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and propose innovative solutions that positively impact the business.
Requisitos Previous experience as IT Project Manager (PM), with an outstanding focus on financial processes, auditing and invoicing.
Conversational English or B2 Strong business perspective, with the ability to understand and solve strategic and operational needs.
Exceptional leadership, organizational and project management skills.
Residency in Bogota (hybrid job with twice weekly office visits).
