Job Description This is a remote position.
Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM ET (8 PM to 5 AM PHT) 40 hours per week 1 hour unpaid break Responsibilities: 80% Project Management 20% Executive Assistant to the CEOs Project Management Book Meetings Follow up tasks Coordination Activities- Vendors Coordination Activities- Insurances Communications Host Project Status Meetings Travel coordination Sharepoint Management Holiday Planning and Lead Note Taking and Task management Manage company templates Weekly project timesheet tracking Support Define ONB Structure and process EE + Contractor Onboarding Job Posting management Invoice -Coordination Leadership meeting prep and tracking Requirements Minimum 3-5 years of Project Management experience Has preferably worked for a medium-sized or growing company Highly Organized and attention to detail is a must Self Starter/Managed Strong experience with MS- Office tools Scrum Master (Preferred) Must have a strong internet connection and a backup service Requirements Minimum 3-5 years of Project Management experience Has preferably worked for a medium-sized or growing company Highly Organized and attention to detail is a must Self Starter/Managed Strong experience with MS- Office tools Scrum Master (Preferred) Must have a strong internet connection and a backup service
