This is a remote position. The company provides expert pest & weed control, as well as heating & cooling services to Phoenix, Mesa, Surprise, AZ, and nearby areas. They offer pest control and weed control options for both commercial and residential properties. Schedule: 11AM - 8PM PST (3 AM to 12 PM Manila Time) Tuesday to Saturday Arizona Time (might change depending on the needs but it would be 40 hours per week). Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with a strong background in construction , bidding , RFPs (Requests for Proposals) , and billing . This individual must be fluent in English and will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from planning to execution, ensuring all processes are aligned with budget, timelines, and quality standards. The Project Manager will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and the internal team to ensure the success of the projects. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution: Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets for construction projects. Coordinate and lead project meetings with clients, contractors, and teams. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company protocols. Bidding & RFP Management: Manage the preparation and submission of bids, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness. Review and respond to RFPs, ensuring alignment with project goals and client requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to develop bid strategies and cost estimates. Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring clear and effective communication. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. Address client concerns, provide progress updates, and adjust project plans as needed. Billing and Financial Management: Oversee billing processes, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for completed work. Monitor project financials, control costs, and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines. Manage change orders, payment applications, and financial reporting. Risk Management & Problem-Solving: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to avoid project delays or budget overruns. Troubleshoot issues that arise during project execution and provide effective solutions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in construction project management or a similar role. Experience in managing RFPs, bids, and billing within the construction industry. Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required. Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and industry best practices. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
