The Project Manager oversees all aspects of the project using planning, monitoring and controlling processes. The Project Manager is responsible for coordination and completion of the project and will perform a variety of tasks including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing progress of the project. The Project Manager will be responsible for more than one project at a time. The Project Manager will be responsible for presenting detailed informational updates about project progress to all staff levels including executive.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Manage the day-to-day running of multiple enterprise-level projects through the entire project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to company's priorities, within scope, within budget and establish accurate timelines for deliverables.
- Effectively manage project sponsors, stakeholders, contributors, and third-party vendors fostering productive working relationships to drive project success.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensure optimal resource availability and allocation, leveraging team members' skills and capabilities.
- Track progress and clearly communicate resource requirements, progress, updates and delays to senior management. Escalate to management when needed.
- Take responsibility for detailed-planning of the projects in order to accomplish goals or produce the products required within constraints such as time, cost and agreed quality standards.
- Identify, log, analyse and manage potential and actual issues and risks, taking corrective action.
- Adhere to and utilize the PMO information organization structure and templates, ensuring consistency and alignment with established project management practices.
- Organize, develop presentations, and determine agenda for meetings with project team
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, attend conferences and obtain training as required to maintain proficiency and professional certification.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, supporting their professional development and fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
