As a Project Manager for the Thales DIS/IBS (Government programs) team located in Bogotá, Colombia, you will ensure that a project is completed on time, on quality, as per contract and within budget, that the project's objectives are met, and that all contributors to the project are doing their job properly and as planned. You will also identify new customer needs to drive solution & services upsells and manage long-term customer relationships in farming mode beyond project management. Responsibilities Define a project objective based on inputs from the pre-sales team. Refine the scope of work with a customer. Capture, complete and validate the customer requirements, specify quality of the expected deliverables. Develop and implement a project management plan. Estimate resources and timescales: request resources that are compliant with a project schedule and customer requirements. Coordinate with the Software Factory Manager regarding resource needs and assignment. Monitor project progress against its plan and report to management and the customer project owner. Manage a project budget, oversee the cost structure and billing. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Systems, Electronic, Telecommunications Engineering, or similar fields. At least 7 years of experience in project management for IT environments and complex solutions. Fluent in Spanish and English (B2). PMP Certification. Position Requirements Availability to travel internationally within LATAM at least 60% of the time. Colombian citizenship or work permit. Hybrid role, office based in Bogotá. #J-18808-Ljbffr
