Oversees the delivery of the transition within agreed scope, quality, time, and budget, being familiar with the system and solution landscape and project goals to effectively assemble the project team, assign individual responsibilities, and deliver role deliverables to ensure timely completion of project. The PM & ST combined role measures project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to monitor the progress of the project, identifying and quantifying variances (in time, cost, scope or quality), and performing required corrective actions, communicating status and risks to all project stakeholders ensuring adherence to quality standards for the project deliverables. Main responsibilities: Manages projects from conception to production, ensuring delivery is in accordance with budget, timeline and is of the required quality standards to meet client expectations. Lead local workshops: ensure clients and Alight Ops. understand in scope of services as per global contract, service delivery model and systems landscape. Help client understand the implementation methodology: what are we implementing, when and how (phases and deliverables). Develops and manages detailed project plan and RAID log aligning stakeholders and team members on the plan and managing execution of tasks to achieve project goals. Makes project decisions and recommendations to management about schedules, prioritization, and resource allocation working closely with Resource managers and SR Team Leads to ensure adequate allocation of resources, working closely with the finance team to oversee and report project financials -including estimates for the change request process, on-going allocation of financial resources and regular reporting of financials state-. Manages and delivers ST deliverables per implementation scope and onboards BAU operational and TPVs to the project, granting accesses to systems, coordinating training activities to ensure readiness for go live. Coordinate and lead testing phases to ensure all in scope systems are working and integrated as expected and configured according to the specifications agreed in the contract. Manage changes to project scope, schedule and costs and ensure project plan is reflective of authorized changes as defined in the change management plan. Communicates and reports status to executives and all other stakeholders e.g., Status Reports, Executive Briefings. Prepare and support on hypercare period and drives process improvement initiatives within the project management domain. Provides and captures lessons learned throughout and during the closing of the project. Requirements: At least 3 years experience in Service Readiness team as Service Transition or Project Manager, managing complex projects with tight timelines and multiple key business priorities to conclusion while maintaining high client satisfaction.
