About 5,000 employees from 84 nations are currently realizing the projects of our customers with professional knowledge and intercultural experience.Responsibilities:Leading a team of personnel for a work of PMO for a metro mass-transit system.Leading and supervising teams for planning, construction and successful commissioning of the planned metro mass-transit system project Scheduling and ensuring timely mobilization and demobilization of team members.Compliance to requirements of multi-lateral funding institutions.Establishing procedures for any changes in the project criteria/scope.Direct and regular reporting to the Client.Lead and manage the groups of experts involved in the project.Management of and close cooperation with the stakeholders.Liaison and coordination with various agency divisions and applicable legal authorities having jurisdiction if requested by the Client.Organization and maintenance of efficient relationships and channels of communication with the Client's public relation department, all stakeholders and interfacing parties if requested by the Client.Delivery of the PMO Services in terms of schedule, cost and quality according to the contract or Client's instructions and DB E&C's entrepreneurial goals.Review and monitor the work plans and schedules of various stakeholders and ensure consistency with the overall project schedule and updating on the progress of the project and PMO activities on a regular basis• Creation and promotion of a culture of continuous improvement.Management of internal and external reporting (reviews, reports, financial figures etc.).Consulting and recommendations for risk mitigation to the client .Management of the relationship with sub-contractors and their contract compliancy Qualifications:Professional in Engineering with a specialization, master's degree, or doctorate in Project Management or Business Administration (MBA).At least 16 years of professional experience in roles such as Project Manager, Project Director, or General Manager.Experience in construction projects for metro railways (mass-transit), including civil works construction, rolling stock or equipment or systems manufacturing, testing, and commissioning.Reference projects must each have a minimum length of 15km.A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in tunnel construction projects.Proven communication and negotiation skills, especially at the highest political levels, are advantageous.International experience leading multicultural teams is beneficial.Excellent personal administration skills, including taking minutes, conducting presentations, and adhering to deadlines.Proficiency in both English and Spanish.Willingness to relocate to Colombia for several years.
