We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Project Coordinator to join our team remotely and ensure the smooth execution of our projects. Job Summary: The Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of real estate media projects, including photo and video editing, client communication, and project coordination. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate media or a similar field, possess strong photo and video editing skills, and excel in managing client relationships and project workflows. Key Responsibilities: Project Coordination: Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and workflows from initiation to completion. Coordinate with editors and team members to ensure timely delivery of media content. Manage project schedules and ensure that all deadlines are met. Client Management: Serve as clients' primary point of contact, addressing their needs and concerns. Communicate project updates, handle revision requests, and provide exceptional client support. Ensure client satisfaction by managing expectations and delivering high-quality results. Photo and Video Editing: Utilize Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Lightroom, and other relevant tools to edit and enhance media content. Maintain high standards for photo and video quality, ensuring consistency with client requirements. SOPs and Workflows: Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflows to optimize team efficiency. Continuously assess and improve processes to enhance project management and delivery. Deliverable Management: Manage the delivery of media content to clients, ensuring accuracy and quality. Handle revision requests and coordinate with editors to address client feedback and make necessary adjustments. Quality Checking: Conduct thorough quality checks on media content to ensure it meets the highest standards before delivery to clients. Identify and address any issues or inconsistencies in media content and coordinate with the team for corrections. Skills and Experience Required: Proven experience in real estate media or a similar field. Strong photo and video editing proficiency using Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Lightroom, and other relevant tools. Excellent client management skills with a track record of providing effective communication and support. Demonstrated experience in project coordination and management, including developing and managing project workflows. Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday, Tonomo, and RelaHQ. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience developing SOPs and workflows for teams is a significant plus. Ability to manage deliverables, coordinate with team members, and ensure client satisfaction. Experience in quality checking and ensuring high standards for media content. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. At least 2 years of experience in project coordination or management, focusing on real estate media or a similar industry. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
