In Mercer we have an open opportunity for the following position based in Bogotá, Colombia: Project Coordinator - Global Benefits Consulting What can you expect? Be part of Marsh McLennan team, a global leader in risk, strategy, and people. Manage client meetings and serve as a liaison between global client & local brokerage teams. Develop a strong understanding of global health and welfare benefit products, services, technical tools, and vendor/carrier markets. What's in it for you? Access to study platforms. Life insurance. We will count on you to: Manage and execute project deliverables for client's implementation, ongoing, and renewals. Track and report project status to brokers/clients and internal management teams, including the nature of local discussions impacting on the insurance placement or plan design strategy. Serve as a liaison between local brokerage offices and global client. Assist global clients with monitoring their employee benefit programs around the world by managing and summarizing renewal progress and terms with a view to ensuring a level of governance and consistency with their objectives. Provide renewal directions to local brokerage teams and manage project timelines. Outline data and reporting expectations within our proprietary Global Benefits Management tools & platforms. What you need to have: Bachelor's degree (Business, International affairs, Math, or Finance-focused)3+ years experience in project management and benefits management (life, dental, health, pension, travel insurance, etc.) English proficiency. Strong oral and written communication & presentation skills both in English and Spanish. Experience in client-facing role Strong organizational and time management skills What makes you stand out? Good analytical skills - detail-oriented. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, strong project management skills and commitment to deadlines.
