The role We are thrilled to announce an opportunity to join our team as: Project coordinator TI SoftwareOne Scope: Full-time | On-Site | Location: Bogota How a day-to-day would look like in this role.
Monitor and apply corrective actions to action plans that support operations and project strategies.
Responsible for the planning and control of activities inherent to the projects.
Manage and supervise the quality of deliverables, ensuring compliance with the established methodology and managing the corresponding risks.
Identify the main causes of delays in the delivery of activities to the client and take corrective and/or preventive measures in conjunction with the manager.
Actively participate in planning activities, including meetings, decision-making, and negotiating estimates and work plans for unscheduled activities.
Evaluate the risks and contingencies of the project, considering technical and non-technical factors.
What we need to see from you What we need to see from you Profile: Education in Systems Engineering or related fields with at least 2 years of experience in coordinating high-complexity technology projects.
Required qualifications: Experience in implementation and management of services.
Ability for planning and project control.
Knowledge in the configuration and administration of technological management tools.
Ability to analyze and report operational and project metrics.
Skill in identifying and managing risks.
Competence in team training and development.
Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
Analytical capacity for performance evaluation and resource optimization.
Knowledge in continuous improvement methodologies.
Ability to work in a team and lead projects.
