About the Company: Our client is a leading spa & garden construction and environmental design consulting firm dedicated to providing sustainable and innovative solutions for complex projects. Role Overview: As an Architectural Project Manager, you'll oversee and coordinate all phases of architectural projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Oversee and coordinate all phases of architectural projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Organize project documentation efficiently, maintaining clarity and accessibility for all team members. Manage the production of design documentation, including conceptual packages, renderings, and construction documents. Ensure high-quality modeling and detailing to support project goals. Client & Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing inquiries. Organize presentations for clients, consultants, freelancers, and vendors. Collaboration & Resource Management: Coordinate with in-house fabricators, general contractors, and external partners to ensure project scope and details are met. Facilitate approvals and specifications with millworkers, lighting vendors, and other consultants. Workflow Optimization: Implement the latest tools and software to streamline processes and enhance project efficiency. Exhibit strong communication skills and attention to detail to ensure project success. Must-Have: 2-3 years of experience in an architectural or interior design firm; 3-5 years preferred. Proficiency in Revit is essential; CAD-only experience is not sufficient. Experience in Asana. Strong background in custom details, material specification, and fabrication. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and delegate tasks effectively. Collaborative mindset and a desire to work as an integral part of a small team. Nice-to-Have: Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Enscape, Bluebeam Revu, and Fusion 360. Ability to learn new technology quickly and adapt to changing work patterns. Licensure is not required but would be considered a strength.
