PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Develop and implement a comprehensive apprenticeship strategy in line with the company's objectives and industry best practices.
•Collaborate with various departments to identify workforce needs and develop and implement tailored apprenticeship programs that address skills gaps and enhance organizational performance.
•Establish strong partnerships with educational institutions, industry organizations, third-party training providers, and public workforce systems to promote apprenticeship opportunities and access additional resources.
•Partner with talent acquisition regarding the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of apprentices, ensuring both compliance and a diverse and talented pool of candidates.
•Lead and direct the functions of the Apprenticeship Program Team.
•Supervise the delivery of related instruction and coordinate apprenticeship administrative responsibilities with third parties.
•Support the mentorship and coaching of apprentices, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout their program.
•Support project sites in utilizing apprentices effectively, ensuring their integration into the workforce and contribution to organizational success.
•Monitor EEO compliance in the apprenticeship programs and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local agencies' regulations.
•Evaluate the effectiveness of apprenticeship programs, using data-driven insights to make continuous improvements and optimize outcomes.
•Help manage the budget for apprenticeship programs, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
•Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization, encouraging knowledge sharing and collaboration among team members.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
•Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications or related field.
•Minimum 5 years of program or project management experience.
•PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.

•Ability to develop, implement and manage effective apprenticeship programs and workforce development strategies.
•Strong understanding of government regulations, funding opportunities, and EEO compliance related to apprenticeships.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
•Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including third-party training providers and public workforce systems.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
•Ability to manage multiple people, projects, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
•High level of initiative, self-motivation, and adaptability.
