Program Manager - Education, Global Selling LatamCome to build the future with us! We are building a Cross Border E-commerce (CBEC) pioneer Program in LatAm to enable local sellers to be successful selling in the US through Amazon. We are driving awareness and creating educational content to develop Global Selling.
We are looking for a creative, results-driven Program Manager to drive the Education initiatives for Global Selling. We want you to identify opportunities, define creative solutions to make education content effective and use data to measure and improve initiatives.
This role owns BR, MX and Rest of LatAm (Colombia, Chile, Argentina) Education strategy, being responsible to manage, track, improve our key channels and also to be a content creator for all steps of Global Selling Seller Journey. We expect you to report Education metrics to the leadership team and broader organization, partner with central teams and influence senior stakeholders.
Education manager role is fast-moving, requiring strong prioritization and communication skills. Day-to-day activities can change as our business grows and this person is expected to build initiatives that reach thousands of potential and actual sellers across all LatAm. To think big, be flexible and be comfortable with ambiguity will be required for success.
The ideal candidate is able to conduct themselves autonomously, successfully manage a demanding project pipeline, and effectively communicate and foster strong relationships with the team.
Key job responsibilitiesCreate and execute LatAm's Education plan aligned to business priorities.Manage all aspects of education initiatives: strategy building, doc writing, planning, messaging, launching, optimizing and reporting.Be the main point of contact and manage content creation and channels results, ensuring bar-raising execution.Conduct deep dive analyses to understand performance, business impact metrics and points for improvement based on Seller's feedbacks.Collaborate with internal and external insights teams to identify opportunities and leverage them in creating strong narratives for our audiences.About the teamAt Amazon we embrace our differences and we are committed to furthering our culture of inclusion.
