Program Management Director (Cr-Col)

Job Description The Program Management Director works in conjunction with account teams and leadership to fulfill client campaign planning, execution, management and analysis.
This role interfaces with our clients on a daily basis and is responsible for building and maintaining a strong working relationship.
Program Management Directors also work closely with the project management, strategy, data, analytics, and creative and email/print production teams to appropriately define the client's opportunity and deliver a set of solutions aimed at fulfilling brand objectives.
Being able to multi-task, problem solve, bring a 'can-do' attitude, and a proven ability to work in a collaborative environment is paramount.Responsibilities:Demonstrates bigger picture understanding of client's marketing strategy and can communicate how current data insights/tactics associate with longer-term strategy objectivesAnticipates client questions and has thought out answers/solutionsAlways thinking about how we can better serve clients and grow their businessPerforms day-to-day client contactCoordinate deliverables for weekly status reports (projects, due dates, etc)Develops and presents creative briefs to clients and internal teams; contributes to review of creative throughout creative development processPartners with the project management team to ensure commitments made are realistic, within scope and delivered without errorPrioritizes & sets expectations on deliverablesDrives client communication and cross team coordinationSupports billing and financial reconciliation activitiesFlexible to evolving responsibilities and last-minute changesUnderstand marketing reporting and able to contribute insightsQualificationsC1 English skillsRequires both CRM and automotive marketing experience.Ability to work Eastern Standard Time office hoursExcel and MS Office proficiency requiredStrong time management and organizational skills and attention to detailStrong client-service orientation and proven team player
