Education: Doctor of Medicine (Preferably a holder of at least a master's degree in a Health-related discipline, Educational Management, or Management/Administration) (CMO No. 18, s. 2016)
Experience: Minimum teaching experience of five (5) years in a College of Medicine and holds at least a rank of Associate Professor. Minimum administrative experience, at least as Department Chair for three (3) years in a College of Medicine
Training: 32 hours of relevant training (CSC minimum requirement)
Eligibility: RA 1080 (Licensed Physician)
Other Qualifications: Must meet the NBC 461 points for the position
