As a Professional Marketing Specialist, you will apply your creative and analytical talent to dream-up, create, test, and tune amazing partnerships (B2B and B2B2C) marketing programs and plans designed to drive growth, utilization, and adoption of Invisalign among doctors and clinics through partnerships. In this role, you will… Participate in developing marketing initiatives and strategies with partners focused on driving growth, utilization, and adoption of Align's product. Marketing plan creation and management. Prioritization of reliable initiatives. Product launching in collaboration with other areas. Coworking with other areas to support commercial teams. Manage printed materials and follow up with logistics for Mexico. Purchase Orders for all services needed. In charge of design for day-to-day artworks of printed materials, clinical, sales, clinical support, customer support. Maintain sales supporting materials for TMs and provide support in case of doubts. Help with onboarding and training sessions for new hires and in sales meetings. Develop materials and visuals for events and congresses. Help coordinate all partnership initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain scoring requirements, sales acceptance of leads, conversion metrics, and demand to meet revenue objectives through channel programs. Collaborate and manage creative agency to adapt/create promotional materials according to local regulation rules. Benchmark and adapt best practices from other countries ensuring right governance to achieve objectives. Monitor competitors' activities and marketing trends. Develop sales & marketing playbooks to standardize partnership programs. Support sales team with appropriate materials fostering brand adoption. Control of budget and contracts related to multiple items. In this role, you'll need … Minimum of 6 years work experience in relevant roles within marketing or commercial management. Marketing career from consumer, healthcare industry, pharmaceutical or medical devices. Comfortable working in a multidisciplinary and multicultural organization in a fast-paced environment. Previous sales or trade experience is a plus. Excellence in execution and attention to detail. Highly hands-on and autonomous profile. Analytical skills. Team contributor who cultivates a collaborative work environment. Ability to influence others. Client-focused and entrepreneurial mindset. Effective communication. Fast learner (clinical, regulation, environments, etc). Degree in Business-related areas. English spoken and written communication. Skillful at producing documents with MS Office programs.
