Job Description Primary Responsibilities: Manages the initiation to execution of assigned channel projects, according to the established Altria PMO processes.Responsible for creation and distribution of timelines and ongoing project management.Collaborates with development teams within Publicis and Altria's ecosystem to ensure Creative assets are provided on-time, error-free and built to the appropriate requirements for development.Partners with Business Leadership to track and monitor critical milestones in Client Status; contributes to Scope Tracking documentation; and report on critical milestones to mitigate risk.Responsible for Jira ticket management across activation channels.Acts as a conduit between creative and technical teams to outline project requirements.Works with Senior Project Managers to contributes to large, complex projects with his/her supervisor oversight and support.Coordinates internal and external reviews and documents action steps and approvals of key project deliverables.Begins cultivating relationships with Altria's CXO Marketing Activation Teams, in addition to Altria's ecosystem partners.Authors and maintains necessary project documentation (i.e.
POP, Item Setup, Risk Advisory's, etc.
)QualificationsBA/BS degree with 1-2 year of Project Management experience in agency or marketing related fieldPMP, Scrum, Adobe Certifications are a plusHighly detail-oriented, organizedAbility to prioritize and escalateExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft applicationsExperience with Jira, Dev Ops is preferredShows excitement for Campaign development, Creative Execution, Production are a plus
