In order to continue our growth, we are seeking a Product Trainer!
As a Product Trainer, you will play a key role in empowering clients and team members through high-impact learning experiences.
Your primary focus will be delivering training on Neostella's 101-501 Filevine webinar series, which provides comprehensive, tiered training to meet clients and internal teams at every level of understanding.
Additionally, you'll become an expert in Neostella's Neodeluxe product suite, delivering engaging and informative training webinar sessions that drive product adoption and success.
In this role, you'll also support the successful implementation and launch of new products and solutions by providing pre- and post-launch training.
You'll collaborate closely with our implementation team to ensure smooth client onboarding and to maintain high standards of product education, enabling clients to unlock the full potential of Neostella's offerings.

Check out the details below! Key Responsibilities: Deliver Neostella 101-501 Webinar Series Lead training sessions that cover foundational to advanced topics, tailored to various user levels.
Continuously refine webinar content and methods to align with client feedback and evolving best practices.
Ensure participants leave sessions with actionable knowledge and increased confidence in their understanding.
Facilitate Product Training for Neodeluxe Suite Master Neostella's Neodeluxe products to provide insightful, hands-on training experiences.
Develop specialized training resources (videos, guides, FAQ documents) to supplement live sessions.
Collaborate with the Product team to stay current on product updates, ensuring training content remains accurate and relevant.
Assist with Implementation and Product Launches Partner with the Implementation team to deliver training and support during new client onboarding.
Provide tailored training sessions before and after product launches to help clients maximize the benefits of new tools.
Gather and communicate participant feedback to help improve future training sessions and support successful product adoptions.
Create and Maintain Training Materials Develop and continuously update training guides, slide decks, and video tutorials.
Ensure all materials align with Neostella's brand, learning objectives, and product roadmap.
Track Training Impact and Success Gather and analyze feedback from training participants to assess session effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Develop metrics to measure training success and report findings to leadership, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Requirements Experience: Proven experience in a training role, ideally within SaaS, technology, or professional services sectors.
Product Knowledge: Familiarity with product software and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Communication Skills: Strong ability to clearly communicate complex concepts to a range of audiences, adapting style as needed.
Project Coordination: Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple training sessions, materials, and feedback loops concurrently.
Adaptability: Flexible and resilient, able to adjust to new developments in products, client needs, and best practices.
This Trainer position will directly impact client satisfaction and product success by building confidence and competency across Neostella's offerings.
