Responsibilities will include:Owning a roadmap from end to end, evaluating priorities and assessing ambiguous tradeoffs in a fast-paced environmentDesign state-of-the-art processes aimed at scaling banking account transfersManage critical supplier dependencies to improve the operational healthiness of the productInfluence cutting edge technological discussions with regulatory bodies to build instant payments ecosystem in Colombia.
We're looking for an experienced Product Operations who has: Minimum 4 years of experience in similar rolesFluent or native Spanish and EnglishGenuine curiosity about a product ecosystem.
Having been exposed to clearing house contexts previously is a plus.Launched and scaled fintech products, specially in Colombia and Proven track record designing and improving processesOverall business acumen.
