This remote role is pivotal in driving product awareness, developing marketing strategies, and enhancing customer engagement. Responsibilities: Report to and collaborate closely with the Product Marketing Manager to develop and implement product marketing strategies that align with business objectives. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product positioning and messaging. Create compelling product messaging, positioning, and documentation for marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer support, to ensure product launches are successful and resonate with our target audience. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and enhancements, ensuring alignment with overall company goals. Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, using insights to refine marketing strategies and optimize messaging. Create and manage content for digital marketing campaigns, including website pages, email marketing, social media, and blog posts. Organize and facilitate product training and internal communication to ensure all stakeholders are knowledgeable about product features and benefits. Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product updates and enhancements, ensuring we meet and exceed customer expectations. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to continuously improve our product offerings and marketing strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in product marketing or a similar role, preferably within the e-commerce or consumer goods sector. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable marketing strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and crafting compelling marketing content. Ability to work cross-functionally and align stakeholders around product vision and objectives. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A passion for coffee and understanding of the coffee industry is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including email marketing software, social media analytics, and content management systems (CMS). Familiarity with SEO best practices and how they relate to product marketing. Understanding of customer journey mapping and user experience principles. Bonus: Proven track record of successfully launching products and driving category growth. Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
