As a Product Marketing Manager working hybrid in Bogota, Colombia, you'll be a part of bringing humanity to business. #experienceTTEC What You'll Do We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team and help us deliver innovative and engaging customer experience solutions to our clients. As a Product Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, creating compelling product messaging and positioning, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch and promote our products. You'll report to the Vice President of Marketing. During a Typical Day, You'll Create and update product collateral, such as website copy, brochures, case studies, white papers, and sales presentations. Support product launches, campaigns, and events to generate demand and awareness. Measure and report on the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives and optimize them based on data. What You Bring to the Role Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in product marketing in the customer experience or technology industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft and deliver compelling stories. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
