Responsibilities Build and follow the marketing strategy to ensure product development: Design Brand Plan and Long term 5Y plan. Create and implement the brand strategy and product positioning. Execute the brand plan's activities. Comply with the sales and investment Budget. Analyze market data to find business opportunities. Accompany the sales force in field work. Develop communication and promotion campaigns. Establish and maintain relationships with KOLs. Reinforce synergies across all sales representatives, commercial, and access team. Coordinate logistics for pre-launch product sourcing and delivery to the market in cooperation with the logistics area. Provide technical expertise, training, and motivation to the field force on products and clients. Manage relationships with local support and communication agencies. Manage relationships with opinion leaders and different associations to support the product. Identify and analyze local customer needs and market opportunities. Organize Cycle meetings to align marketing strategies with the sales force. Marketing Tools Elaboration, Coordination, and Maximization Promotional material elaboration. Actively participate in marketing tool and promotion trainings. Coordinate Congress and Events organization. Compliance Comply with Colombia Legislation, Ipsen ethical code, Conduct Code, and Global Directive on Interactions with HCPs and HCOs. Security and Health at Work Participate in updating identification of dangers, evaluations, and risk assessment. Participate in building and executing action plans. Promote employee understanding of policies. Inform about training and learning needs in HSE. Participate in incident investigations and work accidents. Participate in security inspections. Requirements College Degree in medicine, business administration, industrial engineering, marketing, or similar areas. Master's degree is desired. Preferred degree in Marketing. Experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry as a product manager. Preferred: broad understanding of Oncology. Fluent in Spanish and English.
