Direct reports: No Primary objectives include, but are not limited to: Drive business performance to achieve financial targets Plan, control and implement Brand Plans for the IO oncology products and indications assigned Establish a short-term/long-term strategic directive for the brands Strategic analysis to identify business opportunities Manage/control the resources assigned to the brands Design and develop the business strategies ensuring goals are aligned with Brand objectives Face the challenging health environment and critical resources issues Collaborate directly with Franchise Managers on brand strategy with the development of promotional materials for all channels. Lead and coordinate the development of Omnichannel campaigns for IO and hematology working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager. Support with the implementation of events and sponsorships of scientific associations. Coordination with the region in the development and implementation of the brands' market research. Leadership skills and experience managing projects with cross functional teams. Knowledgeable and experience in high-cost diseases Education / Experience / Language Education Health or administrative areas MBA preferred Experience At least 3-years' experience as Product Manager for high Specialty or Biotech high. Strong oncology knowledge preferred. Language Fluent in English written/oral.
