You're the player we're missing on this TOP Team! We are looking for a Product Manager. You will be responsible for leading the product strategy and development for Workday. What you'll be doing: Prioritize the product backlog and manage delivery timelines throughout the sprints, ensuring successful product launches. Act as the central point of contact for product deliverables, effectively collaborating with Design, Development, Data, QA, and Digital PMO teams. Work with QA and functional owners to design and execute test scenarios during E2E and UAT phases. Develop and provide comprehensive product content and materials, including quick guides, manuals, videos, demonstrations, and training materials. Conduct "Train-the-Trainer" sessions and end-user training as needed. The TOP Team is looking for someone who: Has a 90% and up English level. Has over 3 years of previous experience as a Product Manager (local/regional), Product Owner, Business Solutions Manager, or IT Architect in an IT project environment.
