Product Manager

Our partner is a company that was created with the purpose of covering unforeseen events that may arise in people's daily lives. Their commitment is to be transparent in the process and provide exceptional treatment to those who trust us. They're looking for a Product Manager to join their team. Responsibilities: Develop product PDL. Analyze market environment and competitors' offers in target customer segments. Take responsibility for product P&L and initiate appropriate product/business process changes to reach target KPIs. Manage customer lifecycle processes at all stages: onboarding, first usage, and retention. Own customer and product metrics like time2yes, time2cash, activation rate, usage rate, balance per customer, profitability, attrition rate, etc. Ensure that new product propositions meet all cost, quality, and performance objectives outlined in the product's conceptual phase. Develop success metrics to set clear expectations for results to be achieved by the introduction of new products and initiatives. Create and manage the overall Product Management process. Gather and analyze feedback from sales, marketing, development, and the market. Analyze an action plan (development and fulfillment) for each product's UE increase, customer segments' LTV, and efficiency of each product. Cooperate with marketing, risks, IT, finance, and legal departments. Minimum Requirements: Solid experience in credit product management in banking or Fintech is a must. Experience in ancillary products management. High-level understanding of other functions such as risks, marketing, and IT. Fluent level of English (oral and written). Knowledge of Spanish will be a plus. Good analytical skills, out-of-the-box thinking, and flexibility. Capability to track and solve several tasks simultaneously.
