About The Role As a Product Manager, you will work closely with the CEO and the President in defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap of the B2B marketplace. You will steer engineers, designers, and stakeholders to prioritize features and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products. Most importantly, you will act as the voice of the customer. Responsibilities Product Strategy Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives. Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products. Identify and track key performance metrics. Drive decision-making through user insights, quantitative analysis, and AB testing. Conduct market research, customer and stakeholder feedback, and competitive analysis to identify short and long-term opportunities. Product Development Lead product ideation, detailed requirements, and launch of product features with teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. Prioritize product features based on business impact, customer needs, and technical feasibility. Stakeholder Management Work closely with stakeholders to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (sales, growth, legal, etc.), develop roadmaps, and guide the team through key milestones. Communicate product progress, issues, and changes to key stakeholders, including executives and other team leads. Act as the voice of the customer in strategic discussions. Product Optimization Monitor product performance post-launch and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement. Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to continuously improve the product. Identify and resolve potential risks or bottlenecks in product development or performance. What are we looking for?+3 years in product management (+5 for Senior roles) or +2 years in strategy consulting (MBB) roles. Experience navigating through the full product life-cycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization, and pre/post-launch execution. Critical thinking/analytical leadership experience. Customer-centric mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
