About the Role As a Program Manager, you'll lead multifaceted project initiatives for our clients to optimize web application security, manage cloud services, and streamline processes using containerization. You will oversee diverse development teams, including nearshore and offshore, to ensure efficient delivery and strategic project alignment. Responsibilities Coordinate multiple project timelines and initiatives simultaneously Develop actionable project plans supporting security, cloud, and containerization efforts Supervise and optimize collaboration with near and offshore development teams Identify and address risks and dependencies, fostering greater team efficiency Translate technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders Other duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills 5+ years of relevant work experience Proven experience in project management or engineering leadership Proficiency in developing project plans and documentation Experience with web application security, cloud services, and containerization is a plus Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution Strong ability to translate business requirements into actionable steps for engineering teams Ability to build and maintain cross-team relationships Excelent English communication skills (B2+) At Formula.Monks, we believe in fostering an environment where a diversity of perspectives can thrive.
