OverviewA Product Manager is a professional responsible for overseeing the development, planning, marketing, and performance of a product or a line of products throughout their lifecycle.
The role requires a combination of technical, business, and communication skills to effectively guide a product from conception to market success.
This role is 100% remote in Colombia. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company's overall goals.Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to inform product strategy.Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the timeline for feature releases and product enhancements.Prioritize features and improvements based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support.Foster effective communication and collaboration between teams to ensure product success.Collaborate with the development team to define product requirements, user stories, and specifications.Oversee the product development process, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project goals.Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches, including marketing campaigns, sales enablement, and customer education.Monitor product performance post-launch and make adjustments as necessary.Evaluate and analyze product performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to make data-driven decisions.Determine product life cycle stages and plan for updates, enhancements, or product retirements.Engage with key stakeholders, including executives, customers, and internal teams, to gather input and ensure alignment with business objectives.Develop and manage budgets for product development and marketing activities.Optimize resource allocation to maximize product success within budget constraints.Perform other related duties as assigned.QualificationsMaster's degree in a relevant field (business, engineering, computer science, etc.
