What You Will Do?
As t he GPE - e-sourcing expert is responsible to drive the global expansion and adoption of e-Sourcing under Global Procurement enablement team, including the organization, technology and processes and without any business disruption.
F or providing business services to our internal clients and grow enterprise e-sourcing tendering activities and to play the role of a subject matter expert for the same.
This position will lead the e-Sourcing function and plan it's strategies in close partnering with business functions to drive "total value" delivery, increase compliance and quality of services, and to eliminate operational risks and increase stakeholder experience.
This role requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive cost savings and efficiency gains through e-procurement initiatives Key Responsibilities: • Design, implement and sustain from short to long term, the strategic road map for the e-Sourcing function, aligned and integrated with Global Procurement strategies.
• Analyze bidding data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of e-auction events, identify trends, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement .
• Partnering with global Sourcing Category owners, to define and execute the right go-to-market and contract lifecycle management strategies through Kenvue tools, including but not limited to e-RFx (RFP,RFQ,RFI) and e-Auctions.
Championing best practices and increase the usage of Kenvue tools with the aim to maximize total value contribution and return on investment.
• Facilitating training and functional help for e-Sourcing systems.
Acting as the senior point of escalation for general user support and problem determination.
Up-skilling Procurement across e-Sourcing Integration elements • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate e-auction results, savings achievements, and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
Tools and systems day to day support • eSourcing and contract admin support and expertise • Drive continuous improvement and best in class processes while providing day to day support • Execute on key support activities such as content enablement, training, onboaring, policies and process updates, reporting, among other as assigned and centralized by procurement • Key user support, UAT for systems, roll out support • Supplier admin as required • Identification of best-in-class processes and changes required to reach the digital end state in an accelerated way.
• Streamline Procurement processes to reduce time and effort on day to day by analyzing end to end processes finding the right process with back up data.
• Subject Matter expert for all systems including usage and maintenance.
• Coach and support procurement team towards new process, tools and systems • Along with the Digital team, transformation of all processes towards a more efficient and digital procurement What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications: • 3 years of working experience in Procurement • 5 years with proven experience in Procurement process and tools projects • 3 years of people management • Procurement background with experience of procurement processes • Proven experience with procurement systems • Tech Savvy and high-level of excel skills • Experience in ERP related projects • Experience in Process improvement projects • Leadership, communication, influencing, and collaboration skills are required • Bachelor's Degree is required (Systems Engineering or similar), • Strong Knowledge of End-to-End Procurement processes • eSourcing or eContracts tools roll out experience • Intermediate excel proficiency (Minimum) • Advanced English proficiency • Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills.
